EMPOWERING A MULTI-NATIONAL COMMUNITY AND PEOPLE
The Kedah Clan Council is one of the platforms established to uphold the dignity of the Sultanate of Kedah Darul Aman and the Institution of Malay Rulers as well as to assist the Kedah Clan Members and the People of the State of Kedah for social and economic improvement.
The efforts carried out by the Supreme Board Members of the Kedah Kerabat Council are focused on networking Joint Ventures in various social and economic aspects in the State of Kedah Darul Aman. It is also a service center that provides opportunities and opens up networks of partnerships in the social and economic sectors from within and outside the country.

The Kedah Kinship Council will carry out the following social activities:
- helping the poor, orphans, homes for the disabled
- Opening up opportunities for the people to generate surplus income from joint ventures with private companies from within and outside the country.

The Kedah Clan Council will carry out the following: Referring to the Constitution of the Rukun Negara Malaysia, namely Belief in God , it is the main factor taken into account by the Kedah Clan Council in its efforts to form a plural society that returns to the basic belief in life, namely Gratitude to the Almighty. Referring to the Malaysian Constitution Article 3(1) Islam is the Official Religion of the Federation ; but other religions may be practiced in peace and harmony in any part of the Federation, the Kedah Clan Council always prioritizes this matter and carries out appropriate activities to assist the community in the State of Kedah to strengthen their self-foundation and knowledge in religion.

The Kedah Royal Council will always be loyal to the Sovereignty of the Sultanate of Kedah which is an obligation in the Malaysian state as per the second Rukun Negara constitution which is Loyalty to the King and the Country. The Kedah Royal Council will also ensure that the wishes of the Sultan and the fame of the Sultanate of Kedah are well preserved and place the Sultanate of Kedah among the famous Sultanates.

I believe that a great leader is a leader who leads through good behavior and deeds and not just by planting sugarcane on the lips.”
